چکیده
Background: Gingival anatomic factors, chronic trauma, periodontitis, and tooth alignment are the main conditions leading to gingival recession. The present study was conducted compare root coverage of localized GR using modified coronally advanced flap (CAF) conditioning with 24% EDTA when performed under magnification without magnification. Materials Methods: This on 30 patients Miller’s Class I II GR. Patients were divided into 2 groups i.e 15 in each group. Group (Coronally microsurgery) was test group macrosurgical approach) control. Plaque index (PI), index (GI), pocket probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL) width of keratinized gingival, recession recorded both at baseline 1and 3 months for control Visual analog scale (VAS) used record pain postoperatively on 3rd 7th day of surgery. CAF were done EDTA. Surgical procedure at site carried 3.5 magnification. Results: mean 0.45 0.66, PI 0.86 ingroup II, 3.02 3.34 PD 0.76 in 0.74 keratinized tissue 4.20 3.26 recession depth 2.54 2.68 3.60 3.68 II. There alteration GI, PI, CAL, PD, tissue, recession width between 1 month. Significant reduction found of keratinized (P Conclusion: Authors that microsurgery had less postoperative

Treatment of Gingival Recession Using Coronally Advanced Flap – Case Reports
One of the most common esthetic concern associated with the periodontal tissues is gingival recession. Gingival recession is the exposure of root surfaces due to apical migration of the gingival tissue margins; gingival margin migrates apical to the cementoenamel junction. Although it rarely results in tooth loss, marginal tissue recession is associated with thermal and tactile sensitivity, est...

PURPOSE To evaluate autologous platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and autogenous connective tissue graft (CTG) in gingival recession defects in conjunction with coronally advanced flap (CAF) using a microsurgical technique. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty-five Class I and II recession defects were randomly equally (n = 15) divided into three groups: Group I sites treated with CAF with PRF, Group II sites...
متن کاملTwo-step Surgical Procedure for Root Coverage (free Gingival Graft and Coronally Positioned Flap)
Background: Gingival recessions require treatment for many reasons – impaired aesthetic appearance, root sensitivity, cervical caries or abrasion. Two surgical techniques have been described that use free gingival graft for root coverage. The technique proposed by Bernimoullin et al. involves two surgical steps. The first step consists of creating attached gingiva by means of free gingival graf...
متن کاملassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
